Development of a series of lessons on DVD's for use on the criminal justice system for the rehabilitation of those who have abused or neglected animals. VVSA was contacted by the Vermont Probation and Parole Department in search of an appropriate educational course regarding offenders that abandon animals and leave them to starve and/or freeze to death. VVSA is in the process of creating appropriate crime related lessons to be used as a learning tool. We expect that these lessons would be suitable for agencies nationwide. |
